Refund, Returns, Replacement & Warranty Policy
At Artracted, every clock is individually handcrafted by skilled resin artists. No two pieces are identical. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity while setting the right expectations for handcrafted, internationally shipped products.
1. Handcrafted Nature of Our Clocks
Each Artracted clock is a handmade resin art piece. Natural variations in:

color flow

resin patterns
-
texture and depth
-
pigment distribution
-
gloss and reflections
are normal, intentional, and celebrated. These characteristics make each clock one of a kind and are not considered defects.
2. Color, Lighting & Display Variations
Colors may appear slightly different depending on:

screen or device settings
-
lighting conditions
-
viewing angles
Such variations are inherent to handcrafted art and do not qualify as defects or misrepresentation.
3. Quality Control & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Every Artracted clock undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch under defined Standard Operating Procedures, including:

finish and surface inspection

structural integrity
-
artwork alignment within handcrafted tolerance
-
clock movement functionality
-
secure protective packaging
Only clocks that pass all checks are approved for shipment.
4. Preview Images Before Dispatch
Preview images may be requested by emailing hello@artracted.com.

If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to share images

If packing or dispatch has already begun, preview images may not be possible
Preview images are optional and not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Origin & International Returns
Artracted clocks are shipped from global artist studios, depending on design and artist availability.
As a result:

Returns (if applicable) are international
-
Return shipping costs may be significantly higher than domestic shipping
-
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-damaged items
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Free Replacement)
If your clock arrives damaged or incorrect:

Email hello@artracted.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos or a short video
You do not need to return the damaged item.
After verification, we will provide a free replacement.
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation is not covered.
7. Returns for Non-Damaged Items (Buyer’s Remorse)
If you wish to return your clock for reasons other than damage or defect:

Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
Returned items must be:

unused
-
in original condition
-
in original packaging
-
free from installation marks, scratches, or damage
Return Shipping Conditions:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

A trackable shipping service is required

Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Commercial / Customs Invoice Clarification
International shipments include a commercial customs invoice required by shipping carriers for clearance.
This document reflects only the base manufacturing value and does not include:

retail price

shipping charges
-
packaging or handling
-
warranty coverage
-
marketing, design, or operational costs
-
tariffs or duties (if applicable)
Customs invoice values do not represent the price paid and do not qualify as grounds for refunds or pricing disputes.
9. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders enter production shortly after placement.

Cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed
-
If production or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible
Please contact us immediately for any change requests.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are:

processed within 2–7 business days

issued to the original payment method used at checkout
11. Warranty
Artracted provides a 12-month warranty covering clock movement functionality.
If a verified issue occurs:

a free replacement movement component will be provided
The warranty does not cover:
-
misuse
-
physical damage
-
incorrect installation
-
unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
natural resin aging over time
12. Customized or Personalized Orders
Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless the error was made by us.
13. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

We are not responsible for non-delivery
-
Re-shipping costs must be paid by the customer
-
A full refund cannot be issued once production and shipping have occurred
