International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping on all orders.
Each Artracted clock is individually handcrafted and shipped directly from one of our partner artist studios.
Depending on the design, size, and artist availability, your order may be shipped from different countries.
Typical delivery time after dispatch is 10–14 business days, though delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.
All orders are shipped via premium carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, and include full tracking.
Processing Time
Each Artracted clock is handcrafted to order and undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch.

Quality Checks & Dispatch Standards
Every clock is carefully inspected before shipping and must pass our internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which include checks for:

Artwork alignment within handcrafted tolerance

Clock movement functionality

Secure and protective packaging
Only clocks that meet these standards are approved for dispatch.
Preview Images Before Dispatch
To maintain efficient production timelines, preview images are not guaranteed by default.
However, if you would like preview images of your clock before dispatch:

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will make every effort to share images

If the order has already been packed or dispatched, preview images may not be possible
Preview images are optional and subject to production stage.
Customs, Duties & Import Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which are outside our control.

Customs authorities may occasionally delay shipments for inspection or clearance

Artracted is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Commercial invoices provided with international shipments display the base product value for customs purposes only.
They do not include:

Retail price

Shipping charges
-
Packaging or handling fees

Warranty coverage
-
Tariffs or duties (if applicable)
This is standard practice for international shipping and does not affect the price you paid.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email

Your tracking number

A tracking link
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may take time to scan the package into their system.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes can only be made before dispatch

If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs if the order is resent

A full refund cannot be issued once production and shipping have occurred

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Artracted is not responsible for theft or loss at the delivery location.
However, we will assist by:

Providing carrier documentation

Guiding you through the courier claim process

Offering support wherever possible
Returns Related to Shipping
If you wish to return your order, return eligibility and instructions are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

For damaged or incorrect items, a free replacement will be provided
