You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Product Handling & Installation Safety
Some Artracted clocks feature resin, glass-like finishes, crushed glass, stones, or other decorative elements that may have naturally sharp edges. Due to the weight and materials used, clocks must be handled and installed with proper care using secure wall mounts.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that improper handling, installation, or use may result in personal injury or property damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artracted is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper lifting, hanging, handling, installation, or misuse of the product after delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe installation and handling of the product.
